Can I take my Invisalign aligner trays out whenever I wish?
You need to wear your aligners for 22 hours every day, this includes when you sleep and go to work. However, you can take them out for eating, brushing, and special occasions. No more trying to brush around your braces!
How long will it take to get my straight teeth?
